Have fun while strengthening your lungs and making yourself a little dizzy at the same time.
1. A balloon is received by each player to begin the game then a circle is formed where all the players will prepare themselves to begin inflating the balloons.
2. The signal to begin will be given by one of the players, he will say; “One, two, and three…. begin!” At that point, all players in the game begin to blow up their balloons as fast as they can until they pop.
3. If a player should lose his balloon in the process of inflating it, he can immediately pick it up and continue. The player who can pop his balloon first through over-inflating it is the winner.
4. This game continues until all of the balloons have been popped. Once a player has popped his balloon through over-inflation, he can encourage the other players by cheering them on.
As a team you must work together to keep the balloons in play and as the game progresses more balloons are added making it more fun and exciting.
1. Divide the players up into two teams and with each team creating a circle. One circle will be on the inside and another circle will be directly outside of the first, with team one standing inside of team two.
2. The players on the outside (team two) are each given a balloon to blow up and tie off to hold air. Once everyone’s balloon has been inflated, the first player on the team throws his balloon into the circle.
3. The players on the inside (team one) must keep the balloon airborne and are allowed to use any part of their body but are not allowed to hold it. Once five touches of the balloon have been counted, the next player on team two will throw another balloon into the circle.
4. This continues until either all the balloons are in play or one of them touches the floor and at that point a count is taken, and the two teams switch roles.
An old deck of cards and a waste paper basket is all you will need to play this game fun and entertaining game.
1. This game is played with an old deck of cards and a small wastepaper basket. A line is drawn approximately seven feet away.
2. The cards are dealt out evenly among the players and then turns are taken tossing the cards from behind the line and attempting to get them into the wastepaper basket. For best results, hold the card between the thumb and index finger and with a flick of the wrist try to get it to go in.
3. One point is earned for every basket made. Aces and face cards are worth double.
4. Players have the option of “doubling” any card they wish to, prior to throwing it, however, should they miss the target, they will lose twice the points.
Help the blacksmith with his work and avoid making any mistakes. If you can accomplish this, you’ll be the blacksmith in the next round.
1. A blacksmith is chosen from players sitting around a table and the remaining players are his helpers and must follow all of his instructions.
2. If the blacksmith taps the table with his pinky finger, he will say; “Small nail.” When he hits the table with his palm he will say; “Big nail.” When he hits the table with a closed fist, he will say; “Very big nail.” If he smacks the table with his foot, he will say; “Gigantic nail.”
3. The other players in the game will imitate the blacksmith as he hammers in nails of different sizes.
4. A player will switch the hand he is playing with, if he should make a mistake. The player who makes more than one mistake will be removed from the game. The blacksmith chosen for the next round will be the player who lasts the longest in the game.
Pass the lemon to your teammates as quickly as possible using only the space between your chin and chest.
1. Teams of 4 or more are made and a line is formed for each of the teams. The first player in each line puts his hands behind his back .He then receives a lemon and must hold it between his chin and chest.
2. When a signal is given to begin, the player who is possession of the lemon must turn around and pass it to the player directly behind him who must in turn receive it in the same way.
3. The lemon cannot be touched by any of the players with their hands and if it should fall during the player to player transfer, it must be returned to the first player in line.
4. The team that can successfully pass the lemon to the last player of their team is the winner.
If your team can successfully pass the marbles around the circle faster the other teams, you are a winner.
1. Two teams are formed with an equal number of players on each side. Every player involved in the game receives a spoon and each team gets one marble. Each team stands in a circle.
2. Each player holds a spoon in their mouth by its handle and the player given the marble puts it on the scooping area of the spoon and being careful not to let it fall. When the time is right, the player will attempt to pass the marble to the player on his right.
3. It is against the rule for players to touch the marble with their hands and if the marble should fall during the attempted pass, the player passing the marble is allowed to pick it up and put it back on their spoon.
4. The team that can successfully make three revolutions with the marble is the winner. With more players on each team, fewer revolutions can be played.
Put you collective knowledge to the test as teams take turns answering question on several different subjects. Win the points from your opponents if they cannot answer correctly.
1. An older player prepares a set of cards before the game begins. On each card a question is written that must be answered by the players in the game.
2. A sample question might be; “What’s the largest land animal.” Or “What type of tree grows the tallest.” Or they can be physical challenges like “Form a human pyramid.”
3. All of the cards are placed on a tray once they have been prepared and of the two groups of players, each takes a turn picking a card. For every correct answer, a point is awarded, and with a challenge successfully completed, three points are awarded.
4. Should a team answer a question incorrectly; the opposing team can request a “rebound” and they are given the opportunity to answer it. For every question answered incorrectly, one point is lost. When a team has reached a score of ten points they win the game.
Have fun while trying to steal valuables from the not so aware night watchmen. Be careful not to get caught otherwise you’ll be out of the game.
1. Straws are drawn to determine who gets to be the night. The night guard will begin the game by sitting on the floor and then placing all of his valuables directly in front of him. These valuables can be anything agreed on; money, toys or clothing.
2. The guard is then blindfolded and handed a rolled-up newspaper for him to hold in one hand. The goal of the other players is to steal the guarded valuables with out being detected. Stealth is required on the part of the would-be thieves.
3. Should the guard hear any suspicious noises, he can swat his newspaper in that direction and if he makes contact with a player in the game, that player must state his name, and retire from the game.
4. If a player should be lucky enough to steal from the guard, he must take it back to the starting point before trying to steal something new. When all items have been stolen, the game is over.
Balance the poison pencil and pass it quickly to your teammates without dropping it. If you can do this faster than the other teams, you are the winners.
1. Two teams or more are formed with four players on each side. Two pencils are given to each player and one is held in each hand and only held only by their ends. A circle is formed by each team.
2. One player from each of the teams receives a third pencil. This third pencil is considered “The poison pencil.” This pencil is balanced between the other two pencils which are in each of the player’s hands.
3. A signal to start the game is given once all of the teams are ready. The player from each team who has possession of a poison pencil, passes it to the player on his right who must also balance it between her two pencils.
4. Play continues in this manner until the poison pencil has made it around the full circle of players. If the poison pencil is dropped or touched, they must start from the beginning.
Search for the handkerchief while blindfolded and return to your teammates without being tagged by a member from the other team.
1. Two teams are formed once a game leader has been chosen. Then a playing area is divided in two with a white line drawn down the middle. At one end of the line the team leader will stand and on the other end the 2 teams will stand with their backs up against the wall.
2. Players on each team assign themselves a number and both teams receive a blindfold. When a number is called out by the team leader, the player assigned that number must put on the blindfold and search around on all fours for the handkerchief.
3. The blindfolded player in search of the handkerchief is given instructions by his teammates and when he finally finds it he crawls back to join his team.
4. A player from the opposing team will attempt to intercept the player with the handkerchief before he is able to return home. One of these players will be eliminated, either if caught or unable to catch the opponent on the other team.
5. Play continues until there is only one team remaining.
