If you are a dog lover like so many of us you enjoy providing a good home for Fido, but could you imagine taking care of several dogs all at once, in fact other people’s canines. You’ll find out if you are up to the task in this game simulator created for windows.
Your dear ailing Aunt Marian is in need of your help and asks you to take over all aspects of running the dog-sitting service. You begin the game on a limited budget with only $250 in the businesses account. This must cover all costs including; dog food, supplies for cleaning and grooming and dog toys to keep them from getting bored.
This is more of a small business simulator than a computer game since your duties will mirror that of an actual small business owner, incorporating the often mundane tasks of; feeding, grooming, exercising them and teaching them a few dog tricks along the way.
You are graded by the three bars that are situated next to the cage and the more favorable the score the better the business’s credibility becomes.
This is not the easiest game to navigate through and even the simplest of tasks can seem daunting at times. Even filling up the food and water dishes can seem challenging the first time through this game.
This game was created by Tivola Publishing for Viva Media and is for players 6 and up.

Where you draw the line is entirely up to you in this fun, entertaining and easy to play game. All that you need to get started is a pen and paper and basic understanding of how to play the game. We all remember the simplified version Tic-Tac-Toe. Now a twist has been added; instead of the standard three, four marks in a row are needed to create a line. This can be in any direction vertical horizon or diagonal.
You start by drawing a ten by ten grid containing 100 squares or you can draw a larger grid with more squares if you prefer, that is entirely up to the players in the game and agreed upon before play begins. Different letters of the alphabet are assigned to each player which represents their personal mark.
The game begins with the first player marking any one square of his choice with his assigned letter in an attempt to line up four of his letters. If the participants in game decide to make the grid with more than just the standard 100 squares, the patterns become more complex and interesting. It might be fun to try playing this game on a standard sheet of graph paper and require six in a row instead of four to form a string.
For an added twist, why not agree before-hand to require two strings instead of the standard one to win and allow then to be joined at any point on the grid. You will see all sorts of interesting patterns developing; from T’s to L’s to V’s.

3. Once the all the small packages have been hidden, the participants are told to start searching for the packages. As they are found, the children are instructed to put them all together in a pile.
4. A count is made to see that all the packages have been found and when they have, the participant in the game will take turns opening the packages. It is not important who found which package, the goal is to have fun!
A fun game taken from the timeless activity of blowing bubbles, only this time it is played as a team sport and scores are kept.
1. Two equally numbered teams of players are formed. A wand made of wire and a cup of soapy water is given to the first team and they are then assigned the task of blowing bubbles.
2. These bubble blowers form a circle while the players of the second team stand in the circle and hunt the bubbles.
3. A signal is given for every one to begin their tasks and players on the outside of the circle make the bubbles, while the players on the inside pop them.
4. The team that is making the bubbles keeps score aloud of all the ones that touch the floor and pop before being popped by the other team. When a certain number has been reached, the two teams exchange tasks and the game continues.
This is a very entertaining handkerchief game, where when different numbers of teammates are involved thing can get challenging.
1. Numbers are called out and a handkerchief is held by the chosen game leader. The numbers are assigned to the players of the two newly formed teams.
2. Three lines are drawn seven feet apart in parallel as the leader of the game holding the handkerchief stands at one end of the center line.
3. One to five numbers will be called by the game leader and the players who match those numbers must collect the handkerchief and deliver it to his team.
4. If only one number is said by the game leader, the player with that number will run. Should there be two numbers, one player has to piggyback the other and if there is a third, a seat will be used. If there is a fourth number then a throne. With a fifth, a proper carrier will be used.
5. Should you and your teammates arrive with the handkerchief before the other team you will eliminate the opposing players.
An entertaining game where you must be able to pick other player’s voices out of the crowd to avoid having them sit on your back.
1. Straws are drawn to decide who gets to be “It.” This chosen player lies on the floor, face down.
2. The player chosen as “It” has no idea who the standing player is. This standing player is directed by the other players to sit on “It.”
“It” requests that the player sitting on him to make an animal noise so as to try and identify who this player is.
3. Should the player sitting on “It’s” back be identified, then that player must take “It’s” place laying on the floor as the game continues with this player now known as “It.”
This is a humorous word game requiring imaginative thought as each player takes a turn building phrases.
1. Each player receives a pencil and a piece of paper and is seated at he same table. A decision is made who goes first and in which order.
2. The game is started by with the first player giving a word that all the other players must write about. An example this of this would be; “Animal” all the players would then write a type of animal at the top of their page.
3. Once each player has written down a type of animal, they take their papers and fold them in a way that no one else can see what they have written down. Each player then passes their paper to the player to the right of them. The player, who is second in the order, says the word; “Did” as an example and all players would write down a verb to describe the action.
4. As new words are added to the paper, it is once again folded over.
5. Once each paper has worked it’s was around the circle of players and is received by the original player, each paper is opened and read aloud to the group. These short essays can be very humorous!
