Pass the lemon to your teammates as quickly as possible using only the space between your chin and chest.
1. Teams of 4 or more are made and a line is formed for each of the teams. The first player in each line puts his hands behind his back .He then receives a lemon and must hold it between his chin and chest.
2. When a signal is given to begin, the player who is possession of the lemon must turn around and pass it to the player directly behind him who must in turn receive it in the same way.
3. The lemon cannot be touched by any of the players with their hands and if it should fall during the player to player transfer, it must be returned to the first player in line.
4. The team that can successfully pass the lemon to the last player of their team is the winner.
Have fun while trying to steal valuables from the not so aware night watchmen. Be careful not to get caught otherwise you’ll be out of the game.
1. Straws are drawn to determine who gets to be the night. The night guard will begin the game by sitting on the floor and then placing all of his valuables directly in front of him. These valuables can be anything agreed on; money, toys or clothing.
2. The guard is then blindfolded and handed a rolled-up newspaper for him to hold in one hand. The goal of the other players is to steal the guarded valuables with out being detected. Stealth is required on the part of the would-be thieves.
3. Should the guard hear any suspicious noises, he can swat his newspaper in that direction and if he makes contact with a player in the game, that player must state his name, and retire from the game.
4. If a player should be lucky enough to steal from the guard, he must take it back to the starting point before trying to steal something new. When all items have been stolen, the game is over.
Balance the poison pencil and pass it quickly to your teammates without dropping it. If you can do this faster than the other teams, you are the winners.
1. Two teams or more are formed with four players on each side. Two pencils are given to each player and one is held in each hand and only held only by their ends. A circle is formed by each team.
2. One player from each of the teams receives a third pencil. This third pencil is considered “The poison pencil.” This pencil is balanced between the other two pencils which are in each of the player’s hands.
3. A signal to start the game is given once all of the teams are ready. The player from each team who has possession of a poison pencil, passes it to the player on his right who must also balance it between her two pencils.
4. Play continues in this manner until the poison pencil has made it around the full circle of players. If the poison pencil is dropped or touched, they must start from the beginning.
Search for the handkerchief while blindfolded and return to your teammates without being tagged by a member from the other team.
1. Two teams are formed once a game leader has been chosen. Then a playing area is divided in two with a white line drawn down the middle. At one end of the line the team leader will stand and on the other end the 2 teams will stand with their backs up against the wall.
2. Players on each team assign themselves a number and both teams receive a blindfold. When a number is called out by the team leader, the player assigned that number must put on the blindfold and search around on all fours for the handkerchief.
3. The blindfolded player in search of the handkerchief is given instructions by his teammates and when he finally finds it he crawls back to join his team.
4. A player from the opposing team will attempt to intercept the player with the handkerchief before he is able to return home. One of these players will be eliminated, either if caught or unable to catch the opponent on the other team.
5. Play continues until there is only one team remaining.
The Mother Hen is desperate to find her chicks and searches frantically for them with fun role playing game.
1. A folded piece of paper is received by each of the players and one of them has an X marked on it. The Mother Hen in the game will be the player who receives the paper with the X on it. The remaining players will be known as the chicks.
2. When the roles of the players have been determined, blindfolds are put on and the game begins. The players who are the chicks and the Mother Hen will wander around the room by “feel”
3. The chicks will say: “cheep, cheep.” The mother Hen will say; “cluck, cluck.” As two of the player encounter each other two words will be said and then they will separate. Should the Mother Hen and a chick encounter each other; the chic will cling to the Mother Hen.
4. Once a chick and a Mother Hen have found each other, they cannot separate and the game continues until all the chicks are collected.
You must try to make the other players part of your team and avoid being made part of theirs.
1. Teams of an equal number of players are formed and then a playing area is made using a piece of chalk to draw a line on the floor to dividing the court in half.
2. The two teams line up on opposite sides of the line and when starting play, attempt to capture the players from the other team and move them over to their side.
3. Players from one team attempt to pull players from the other team across the line and make them part of their team, however in an attempt to pull a player across, they step both feet over the line, they become part of the other team.
4. Two players can team-up to capture a player from the other side but excessive force should not be used. A winning team is decided when one side has only one player left.
Some one has to be “It” and all other players must answer a question before they are allowed to run away and avoid being tagged.
1. Straws are drawn by the players to see who gets to be “It.” Then this chosen player begins the game by drawing a big light bulb on the ground and stands at the very top of it. Everyone else stands around the outside of it.
2. The player known as “It” gives a subject category that that all other players must respond to. An example of this would be a name of a color and all the players in order would say a color and then jump inside the bulb.
3. “Light bulb” will be said by “It” when all the players are inside the drawn light bulb. Participants in this game must be careful to wait until both words are said. If a player leaves too soon before the key words are said, then they become “It” and a new round begins. This quickly becomes a game of tag, if all players leave on time and the first one that “It” tags becomes the new “It.”
Your goal in this popular African game is to go on a journey to gather water for your village and return home safely without getting eaten by a hungry hyena.
1. Your game board is drawn on a simple piece of cardboard. Two circles are drawn; one representing your village and the other being the well where you must travel to gather water. You plot your course by drawing a path connecting the village to the water well.
2. Each player places his game piece inside the village circle to begin the game. The die is rolled 3 times in succession and the points are added together. With each point, the player moves his game piece into the next circle on the path towards the well.
3. Once the player in search of the water has made his 3 rolls of the die, the hyena can begin his pursuit. From that point forward, both the hyena and the player in search of water are allowed only one roll of the die. Once the player in search of water has arrived at the well, he must roll a 6 in order to begin his journey home to his village. Once he has left the water well’s circle and on the path back home, if he should roll a 6 then he must roll again.
4. On your return home, you are only allowed to re-enter your village if you roll the exact number need to land on the village circle. During this game the hungry hyena is always in pursuit and if he should land on a space that you are occupying, you get eaten and the game is over.

Eight Stacks is an easy to play game, where your objective is to have four of your cards showing at the same time.
1. Eight 2” square are made by each player in the game and symbols are drawn on each card easy identification. A game board is then drawn with two rows and each of these rows having for squares in them.
2. Turns are taken by each player in covering one of the squares with one of their cards. Players have a choice of either placing their cards on an empty space or one already covered by a previous placed card.
3. When it’s a player’s turn, he has the choice of either moving a card from one square to another on the game board or use one of the cards not yet in play. If the player chooses to take a card from the top of the pile, it is forbidden that the player view the card below it before deciding whether or not to take it.
4. You are the winner of this game if you can manage to have four of your cards showing at once. If it is decided that another round will be played, then the layer that loses the first round will start the second round.

The game of Dominoes is of Chinese origin dating back to the 12th Century and was introduced to Europe in the 18th Century. Here are a few rules to get you started with this fun game that has stood the test of time.
1. All the twenty-eight domino tiles are placed face down and mixed up as a form of shuffling. 7 tiles are taken by each player; however, if there are more than 4 players then tiles are divided evenly and any left over are set aside in the “Bone-yard” for later in the game.
2. Once all of the players have viewed their tiles out of sight of their opponents, the player with the double-six begins the game by placing that tile in the center of the table. If the double six is not in anyone’s possession, then the next highest double starts the game.
3. If the double-six is in play then the next player in order must take a domino tile with a six on it and place it next to the double-six placed in the center of the table. If a usable tile is not in the possession of the player, they must choose from “The Bone-yard” until they draw a usable tile.
4. With each player’s turn, a domino tile is placed at the end of line of play with a number that matched the tile at the end. If the player has a double, then the tile will be placed sideways.
5. If you are the first player to place all of your dominoes on the table, you are the winner.
